How long will FileYourStateTaxes be open?

October 22, 2025 is the last day you can file your state tax return through FileYourStateTaxes. Your Federal return must be submitted and accepted by Direct File by (October 15, 2025).

After October 15, 2025, users who have filed a return through FileYourStateTaxes for tax years 2023 or 2024 will be able to access a copy of their state tax return.
